I am a tenured trainer and instructional designer with polished technical training skills stemming from 14 years’ experience designing/facilitating in healthcare environments. I have strong analytical and communication skills (listening, persuasiveness, oral, written, presentation) with a keen ability to utilize Adult Learning Theory to deliver curricula that effectively maintains interest and participation across a variety of demographics and learning styles.

I am proficient in designing and enhancing SaaS training curricula (ILT classroom and remote) with a strong ability to consolidate/simplify large amounts of content. I have experience in the use of learning management systems (LMS) to track and update training completion and have demonstrated the ability to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously with a strong attention to detail. My computer knowledge consists of Articulate Storyline 360 and the Microsoft suite - PowerPoint, Excel, Word.
