Graham Edmondson
Managing Director (UK)
Graham resides in the UK and is responsible for BCR's work in Europe and outside of the US. Graham has almost 30 years of experience in Learning and Development, mostly with top tier consulting firms. He has a deep understanding of how to design and create highly engaging, interactive learning solutions, along with a comprehensive understanding of how to drive performance improvement.
He has managed consulting projects in Financial Services, Professional Services, Manufacturing, and the Public Sector.
Graham’s background includes senior level consulting work with a range of clients across the United States as well as projects in Europe, South East Asia, Australia, and Africa. He holds a B.A. (Hons) in Law and also possesses a degree in Psychology.

Joanne Bentley
Chief Learning Officer & Managing Partner (US)
Joanne has over 20 years experience in Instructional Design, Learning Sciences, and Performance Improvement Consulting. She holds multiple credentials, including an A.A. in International Communications, a B.S. in Organizational Development with a minor in Business Management and a Ph.D. in Instructional Technology & Psychology. She is a talented problem solver, designer, and producer of exceptional learning solutions. She has considerable experience with higher education, banking and financial services, manufacturing, military, and global training and development.

Curtis Glenn
Senior Consultant & Managing Partner (US)
Curtis has 24 years experience in Instructional Design and Learning Strategy Consulting. He holds a B.S in Geology and and M.Ed. in Educational Technology from Texas A&M University. He specializes in blended and technology focused delivery methods and has experience with financial, data analytics, retail, oil & gas, and change management industries.
