Many of us are asked to work with executives, and we have to find ways to achieve results where exercising our authority isn’t going to work! The fact is, executives “fly at a different altitude” and we need to learn how to connect with them in a way that catches their attention, speaks to their needs and in a way that shows we ourselves are thinking along the same lines as they themselves do. In this workshop we look at how to ensure the relationships are set up for success, and how to leverage influence rather than authority to forge better working relationships with senior executives.
